What it the Points Competition and how does it work?

During the summer season (March – October) all riding members can gain points at shows affiliated to the B.S.P.S. in their various sections for places gained. These places then are converted to points and added up throughout the year to give the members their end of year points. The points gained throughout the year are then forwarded to Ms Mary Allison for collating and the presentations made and the end of year ball. Each class in each section has beautiful trophies and rosettes that are presented on the night. All those members submitting points are guaranteed to receive a rosette. It is worth submitting your points even if you have only one result to record.....you have nothing to lose!!!
